Much better than your other song. But there isn't a build up to the second and third drop. Also, you could replace the sounds in the drop with more powerful synths. The drop has no significant increase in volume to the rest.
In general, a very good song, but there is still room for improvement.

Try repeating the same melody a bit with something in the background, since if it's constantly changing, it sounds really bad. Some of the melodies are OK, but you could have added another instrument.

OK, but again the quiet drops. I do like some of the weird growling sounds, though. Keep improving and soon you'll be great. Maybe stop using GarageBand as well. You may find FL Studio to be better. Anyway, pretty decent song!
Dubstep is not particularly easy to make in GarageBand as far as sound design goes and I am working on getting FL.
Altogether OK but literally the most quiet and underwhelming drop ever. Are you trying to keep the volume balanced or something? If so please stop, it ruins the song.
